This situation may also occur when you use the "Back" button on your browser window.
In case this window is displayed after you have progressed to the payment screen, please follow the steps below to avoid duplicate payment:
- Go back to the TOP page
- Login to you "MyPage"
- Check your purchase status using the "Current purchase history" button.
- Also check your e-mail box to see if you have received a purchase confirmation e-mail.
Note: please follow these steps carefully as you cannot change or cancel tickets once the payment has been processed.
